Panel / Frameless Exterior Doors

Description

For the production of panel, or frameless, doors, we utilize modern manufacturing technologies and a special material combination method. This involves an internally insulated frame structure, additionally reinforced with a steel frame-stabilizer mounted along the entire perimeter. Due to its special construction, the doors will not warp and will maintain excellent thermal and sound insulation properties.

Wooden panel doors can be either plain or glazed. For glazing, we use safe, impact-resistant glass units.

Structural Advantages of Frameless Doors:

  • A 78 mm/94 mm hardwood frame is glued around the entire perimeter of the panel, securely mounting hinges and locks.
  • The frameless exterior door panel is covered on both sides with a five-layer moisture-resistant glued panel, overlaid with natural wood veneer such as pine, oak, larch, or other types.
  • The panel doors are insulated from the inside with a rigid polyurethane foam board, providing excellent thermal and sound insulation.
  • A stable, resistant internal wood filler prevents the doors from deforming.
  • A metal frame stabilization system is embedded throughout the panel, protecting against mechanical damage and ensuring the door’s strength and stability.
