Wooden Facades Clad in Aluminum

Description

Our facade system is non-load-bearing but allows for the integration of various other system products, including wooden windows, doors, louvres, lift-and-slide, sliding, and folding systems. This gives you plenty of options to customize the facade according to your needs and design vision.

Depending on the chosen system and glass thickness, our facade system can offer a thermal transmittance coefficient of up to 0.88 W/m2K, ensuring optimal energy efficiency and comfort.

The construction of the wood with aluminum facade system is a carefully engineered process, in which:

  1. The load-bearing facade structure inside the building is made of laminated wood, which can also serve as a decorative interior detail.
  2. Special shelves connected to the load-bearing frame support the weight of the glass package, ensuring stability and safety.
  3. The aluminum profile on the outside presses the glass package to the frame, providing a modern and sturdy appearance.

Facade components are selected based on the highest quality and longevity:

  • The 50, 55, 60, 80 mm thick laminated wood frame is made from the client’s chosen wood, such as pine, oak, redwood, or other exotic woods.
  • A 6-48 mm thick glass package is chosen according to the facade design, ensuring optimal thermal and safety levels.
  • The aluminum cladding, attached from the outside to the load-bearing wooden part, provides strength, longevity, and resistance to temperature changes.
  • We also offer the option to integrate plastic “Swisspacer” or “Thermix” frames, ensuring glass edge protection and better heat retention.

Trust in the reliability of our facade system and create a unique, modern, and comfortable building that reflects your individual style and needs.
